Return Process

  Log into your GadgetsCay account, navigate to your order history, and select the 'Return Item' button to generate a return authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your gadget in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and cables that were included in the box.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned device, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
